Who are you?


A very common topic that people want coaching on is around how to reduce clutter and untidiness from their life or business.


Many people feel that the disorganisation that surrounds them keeps them stuck and unable to: 1. move forward 2. make changes or 3. achieve things in their life.


Sure, we discuss strategies to clear the clutter and keep their desk, cupboards and homes tidy. I keep them accountable and within 30 days most people form really good habits.


But it's when a client realises that a messy desk or a cluttered home is not a reflection of who they really are and what they are capable of that real changes start to happen.
